Return & Refund Policy (UAE)

We accept returns in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations and Google Merchant Center requirements.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • All accessories, labels, and proof of purchase must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Personal-use or hygiene items once opened (if applicable)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items, unless defective

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as required by UAE consumer protection law.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take up to 10–15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within the return period and provide:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
